Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "these Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the customer support system "Help Ticket" (hereinafter "the Service") provided by INFIBILITIS CO., LTD. (hereinafter "the Company"). All users (hereinafter "Users") who use the Service are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service": The customer support ticket management system "Help Ticket" provided by the Company
  • "User": An individual or entity that uses the Service
  • "Organization": A team or company unit registered in the Service
  • "Ticket": A support request or inquiry created through the Service

Article 3 (Registration)

  1. Users register through Manus OAuth authentication.
  2. Users must provide accurate information during registration.
  3. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts.

Article 4 (Service Content)

  1. Ticket creation and management
  2. Team collaboration features
  3. Customer portal
  4. Email notification features
  5. Reporting and analytics
  6. Other features provided by the Company

Article 5 (Fees and Payment)

  1. The Service offers free and paid plans.
  2. Paid plan fees are based on the pricing displayed on the Service.
  3. Payment is processed through Stripe or cryptocurrency.
  4. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following acts.

  • Acts that violate laws or public order
  • Acts that infringe on the rights of other users or third parties
  • Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
  • Acts of sending spam or malicious content
  • Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

Article 7 (Service Suspension/Termination)

  1. The Company may suspend or terminate the Service in whole or in part without prior notice in cases of system maintenance, force majeure events, or when deemed necessary.
  2. Main reasons for service suspension:
    • System maintenance
    • Natural disasters or force majeure
    • Emergency security response

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty.
  2. The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
  3. The Company is not responsible for disputes between users.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Thailand.
  2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Article 10 (Changes to Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect upon posting on the Service. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-service notifications or email.

Article 11 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Company handles users' personal information appropriately in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.
